Soooooo after running some tests on the HZ of my mouse, i decided to check out 500hz on Mouse AND XIM and let me just say.... i will NEVER go back to 1000hz lol. The AA is sooooooooo clean and feels absolutely AMAZING! BY far the best settings i've come across.

Quick Recap of current settings

Titanfall 2 ST
HIP: 12.50 / SAB OFF
ADS: 11.50 / SAB 85 / XY Ratio: 1.25 (trying this out, so far so good)
SYNC: Default
Mouse: 3200 DPI / 500 hz
Xim Apex: 500 Hz
ALS = OFF

I've been struggling to get the Xim Apex set up on the PC. Even after just moving the setup to plugging in the Apex in the PC, Apex Legends does not detect any controller movement.

Have you check your connection on xim usb hub?
1 port mouse second port keyboard or sony nav or any controller you like third port controller for mapping (ps controller or xbox controller)

So i tested playing with titanfall 2 ST these few days and adjusted my sensitivity for this and seems like this will be my perm settings for now. Here is what I achieved so far with a new settings:

This 22 bomb gameplay I accidentally deleted, so below is almost same gameplay with 19 bombs just before that, also solo, except that short of 1 more squad in the end.

So here is my final settings for this:

PC Settings:
DPI - 12000 (my mouse max)

XIM Settings (Did not upgrade to latest FW):
Titanfall 2 settings (XboxOne)

HIP:
Sens - 4.50
Synchronize - Default
Smoothing - 2
Y/X - no changes
Steady Aim - 1.0
Boost - no changes
SAB - 20

ADS:
Sens - 1.30
Synchronize - Common
Smoothing - 15
Y/X - 1.10
Steady Aim - 0
Boost - no changes
SAB - 100

* Changed Synchronize to Common as i feel it is a better AA than default, i played a few hours with this and it feels much much better this way. Not sure devs have any comments on it as HIP & ADS have 2 different synchronizations.

Apex In-Game settings:

Video:
Playing at 720p now, as my PC is old, so only like this I can get steady 100 FPS to match with a monitor refresh rate (reduced from 120Hz to 100Hz)
FOV - 84

Controller:
Menu cursor speed - center bar
rest no changes as I activate Advanced Look Controls

ALC
Deadzone - 2 click right from empty bar
Outer Treshold - 1 click right from empty bar
Responce Curve - 1 click left from default bar

Yaw Speed - 3 click left from full bar
Pitch Speed - 3 click left from full bar
Turning Extra Yaw - default line
Turning Extra PItch - 0
Turning Ramp up time - 0
Turning Ramp up delay - 0

ADS Yaw Speed - 6 click left from full bar
ADS Pitch Speed - 2 click left from full bar
ADS Turning Extra Yaw - 0
ADS Turning Extra PItch - 0
ADS Turning Ramp up time - 0
ADS Turning Ramp up delay - 0

Per Optic sensitivity (feels good with any optic attachment):
x1 - 1.0
x2 - 1.1
all others - 1.2

What does titanfall settings mean? Also, what is ST?

He's talking about the profile he uses. When you first set it up, you punch in what GAME you using, go down the the list, find Titanfall 2 ST (profile)

Are you using default or common? Because at that DPI my default ads would be 16 (90 fov) or 20 (110 fov) and that's already fairly slow...
Im using Default for HIP and Common for ADS and it also works well this way. And i noticed 1 more thing, here is maybe the difference for you - my mouse windows settings is +1 to default sensitivity settings.
When i play normal with M+KB - it doesn't matter what windows mouse settings are, in Apex it just take RAW input, but when i accidentally changed my Windows mouse settings lower and later play through XIM - it affects the sensitivity. So XIM maybe taking Windows mouse inputs?

Hey i have a couple questions.

First one is how do i go about getting the frimware and ST your currently using? do i need to reset my xim to factory and will i lose all my current configs if i do that. How do i get the old TF2 ST? do i need to delete the manager app and redownload it and not update the game files? just a little confused on that stuff. Im using very simialr settings as JD as i feel like the the non ALC feel better for me. Ive tried your settings and they are good for close range but when im aim far the reticle is very floaty and i cant lad consistant shots.

Second has to do with my setup and getting advice on how to make the changes i need to inorder to cap fps for HZ. Ive seen people talking about how importants that is and im not sure why and or how to do it. my mouse is set to 500hz along with xim and my monitor is is 1440 144hz. I currenty have all settings on low and usualy get around 70fps while fighting. If im just looting its anywhere from 90-144. Im not the most PC savey so just looking for tips and how to get the correct setup. thanks for any help.

1. I had updated to the latest firmware few days ago and didn't noticed any impact on the controls. But what i missed is i think I'm still using old ST. I already downloaded latest games config, but need to delete existing and add new ST. This part i will test these few days. For firmware you can follow the steps here - https://community.xim.tech/index.php?topic=85503.0
I also have this issue with floating crosshair, but you notice that is only happening when you aiming somewhere not enemy. When you aim at enemy AA slows it down, so is no more float. So i guess it should be ok, get used to it. Now with these settings i start like back R301 and especially Havoc, i can drop most of the enemy from mid to long range with Havoc before they even reached to me, as this sensitivity let me lasering the dudes, no chance to escape from 1 mag 95% of the time  ;D
Alternatively if it happened on x1 scopes - try to reduce Response Curve in ALC a bit, this settings makes the crosshair very responsive, so it might float a bit. If this is only happens at x2 scope and above - try set Per Optic sensitivity back to default.

2. 70 is too low for apex, i mean is still ok, but not enough for competitive gameplay. You will need to search for Apex Legends optimization videos, or forums threads to find what best works for you.
I have a 120Hz monitor and my FPS on all low is also cant achieve constant 120FPS (it needs to be constant for smooth gameplay). What i did is:
1. Locked my monitor to 100Hz in properties
2. Locked Apex Legends to 100FPS and 100Hz refresh rate
(Origin - Apex - Game properties - Advanced Launch Options - key inside this: -novid +fps_max 100 -refresh 100)
3. Removed Origin In-Game
4. Set FOV in Apex to 84 (like to play at 104 FOV, but hardware cannot cope, haha)
5. Set Apex Resolution to 1360x720, the figures might be slight different, i cant remember exact values for resolution, but is 720p.
So with the settings above i get constant 100FPS in game and smooth gameplay.

By the way, currently i playing with 3200 DPI, found this somehow better when tracking enemies, the AA more often had turned my character almost like 90 degree in close 1 on 1 fight. Lol, that was something spectacular when i could laser the guy run in front of me from one side to the other side, so there were like 120 degree turn with very precise tracking. If someone need, below is the TF2 ST settings for 3200 and 12k DPI.

I had also added Ballistic curve to HIP fire, as per latest XIMGameplay config update, as this doesnt impact movement and helps during hipfire fight

Very good profile.
Only problem is that when i press button to "ping" it also fires the weapon. I double checked everything but i set the keybindings correctly. I use xbox ST. Any ideas?

Any updates for the new season?

It means it's binded to something else, double check auxiliary's and bindings for hip and ads

I did many times.
