If this game is anything like battlefield2 , its going to be a monster hit. I remember playing bf1942 and battlefield desert combat on pc , those were golden times. I enjoyed them so much but then the hackers started crashing on every server and destroyed the games. It just took the fun out of it.

I absolutely cannot wait for this game... can you imagine bf2 with destructive environments?

Every time you drop bombs from your F15 the carnage will be amazing! 

This is going to be the my biggest must buy of the year... only other game that comes remotely close is uncharted 3.

You'll be playing "it" alright. But "it" will be a Googleplex of years behind what the pc people will be playing .

I assume the maps with the jets on them are going to be fairly large. I hope they limit the bottlenecks in maps, also. open, square maps; need a few.

You can apparently drag fallen team mates. I'm guessing this will be for all classes. Imagine your squad gets downed short of a control point and you drag them into it to capture it faster? Or drag them around to spell stuff.

The thing that's got me jumping for joy? The "Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand" expansion will have 4 remastered maps from Battlefield 2. First time I'm getting a limited edition of a game. Just for Karkand.
