[ACTIVE] Xim Apex not functioning

Randomly when I was in a game of siege, my keyboard and mouseís led lights both shut off and they do not register any of the keys I am pressing. I have had xim for the past 3 days and it has been an awesome experience. I unplugged everything that was hooked to the xim and restarted my Xbox, plugging them back in. I searched for help and I found someone elseís post and it said that your controller battery maybe low, I switched the controllerís batteries and got no result. Iím used to the little vibration my controller makes when plugging it in to the hub. Iíve also noticed that the white light on the usb hub is gone. Please help. Any advice taken.

Welcome to the community. If the hub is not powering on or powering other devices there's a chance it's at fault. If the hub is connected to a PC without APEX do your peripherals work with the hub?
