Connecting my keyboard and mouse

I just got new I’m apex device and try to connect as it shows in video but some how my keyboard and mouse are not showing connect in com app and also there is not showing any light on my keyboard and mouse when I connect the device

if everything is connected in the specific port and its not working than try to put your controller on (usb mode) not on bluetooth and it should work
