Do you like this mouse? I've looked at it a couple times but couldn't tell if it was great or just a gimmick.

Man, kind of wish I didn't pick up the new Basilisk Ultimate. Makes me not want to go back to wired.

I will say this I have one, I really liked it but after maybe 4 months or so one the buttons went out. Contacted customer service they wanted me to pay shipping to send it back to be looked at and I just said forget it.

I had mine since Sept 2018 when it was on sale on Amazon for 100. I liked it so much I've been buying for backups when I can get it for less than 100. With the Z it is like having multiple left and right click buttons with the way it is laid out. It is so much intuitive and faster the clicking thumb or buttons on the edges of the mouse. You can assign the buttons to anything , even mouse movements. You can drive in games by sliding left and right on the mouse.

Agreed, it's an amazing bit of kit.

I tend to play only FPSs and action RPGs. The extra buttons that I use the most are the top thumb button for reloading, the left knuckle button for grenades and the right one for tacticals or healing. It's great to be able do those actions without taking your fingers off the l/r clickers. Actions 1-4 (or D-pad presses) I always assign to the finger-tip and knuckle-pull buttons and my Inventory is always on the rear shoulder button.

And in games where it's a thing, Deep Click on the right mouse button is excellent to Hold Breath when you're scoped in with a sniper.

They're all so intuitive now, that I really struggle to use a 'normal' mouse!
