[RESOLVED] Controller,Nav & Mouse not showing up in phone app  (Read 721 times)

So I just bought my son a xim apex, updated it and hooked it up with my old mouse & nav but they are not showing up in the app. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
Would both us playing in the same room Interfere with one another?

There may be an issue with the hub if it's not reading any peripherals attached to it. Can you check if your mouse works with the hub and PC only? If yes, please check all hub ports this way.

It was purchased secound hand, I connected the hub to the Xbox and the cursor appeared when playing fortnite. Ima use my hub for my xim and see if it work since I have two and mine works fine

Just tried the hub on my xim and nothing is showing up.  How do i go about purchasing a new hub?  @mist4fun

I opened up the hub and it’s fried in a spot, he must of got it wet at one point.

Yes that should work but I'm not sure that it's needed. Could you clear up your last few posts? It sounds like you said the APEX hub is working when connected to your PC but does not work with XIM. Did you have the same experience with your spare hubs?

I’m sorry the hub from my recent purchase is fried and the xim works fine. I opened it up and I can see where something must of gotten wet (Hub). I went ahead and tried my hub with the newest xim and it works fine.
