with new ST everything feels amazing, smooth, and with new aim assist it feels like pc its not so sticky like was on old settings.

I am using 4k DPI 500hz
HIP Sync OFF 19
ADS Sync COMMON 3.5

settings in game standard

then jump in here for a 30-60 min adjust your sens HIP and ADS as needed, get your muscle memory and you are done.:)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRxfAGq-TR0.

I tried sync off on HIP, but it was strange, sometimes the aim would “stutter”, don’t know how to explain..any particular reason you are using Sync off? Common on both Hip and ADS feels better to me

if I am using common or default and I am in a build/shotgun fight when enemy near my, it slowing my movement down because of AA(diodnt try yet to lower AA) and its difficult to hit the shot when i need it, with sync off totally different story, I dont have this problem. It feels more like PC, AA not sticky.

If you think of playing competitive good luck because this ST sucks. No matter what you do just doesn’t feel good . Maybe training the ST on legacy is a way better option . Using advanced is horrible horrible horrible .

I would like to know why the new ST was not done using the Linear setting. I'm sure there is a good one but just curious.

No, there is nothing wrong with it.  If you enable advanced options and go to the bottoms and use Legacy Controls, it will grey out advanced and you can use the legacy menu.  With Legacy Aim Assist, it will do the old Snap to the player with ADS spam.

If you use the Advanced Settings, AIM assist was changed.  There is NO snapping to player anymore.  Epic changed it so it will track better when shooting targets.  Watch Youtube videos about the difference between the 2

Basically, Legacy is good for those that like snap aim assist.  That is good for close range fights and mid range.

Advanced setting aim assist is no longer good for close range and more of a Mid-Long Range fighting and tracking.

The problem is, the new ST is designed to be used with the advanced settings.  I personally wouldve preferred the option to select Legacy or New because i prefer Legacy but with the new ST and me updating my advanced settings to the XIM recommended, i am still getting 5-9 kills games

This will give you a very strong aim assist
1000 DPI
250HZ
HIP 40 Common Sync with 3 smoothing
ADS 28 Common Sync with 6 smoothing
No SAB

IMPORTANT
in game settings
LEGACY LOOK CONTROLS ON
Remember to turn on the aim assist in the game settings!

Advanced is working great for me right now.  And as for competitive goes I'm currently Division 7 I don't seem to be having any issues.
