My xim isnít working correctly, I need some help to maybe fix it because the problem has been happening after the first two weeks of using it. Iíve had it for a couple months now

Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you were having problems, but, I'm curious why you didn't ask for support earlier?

That's ok. I understand that your are frustrated. Yes, we try to let people know through multiple locations (store, quick start guide, etc) that we offer support through our forum here which has people monitoring it in order to offer help.

What state is everything in right now? What console are you on and you said everything worked for 2 weeks and now it isn't? Any additional information would help.

Well my xim hasnít been working after the first two weeks Iíve had it, so I found out that you could use a ac adapter to see if that would fix the problem. So I tried it and the xim after that just completely gave up on me. Along with that, my mouse and keyboard arnt working anymore either. I have no clue why.

It worked for 2 weeks and stopped working, it wouldnít power on my controller, mouse, and keyboard.

Ok. Can you test your hub independently by plugging your mouse and keyboard into it and plug the hub into a computer and verifying the hub is fully functional? Be sure to test out all the ports and let us know.

It looks like itís not functioning correctly. I plugged everything in and nothing happen, but the xim light on the hub turned on. Its just not powering to my mouse, keyboard and controller.

Can you please plug each of your mouse, keyboard, and controller independently into your XIM APEX (no hub) and verify they can be detected and seen in Manager?

I got nothing, right now for some reason my manager wonít even connect to my xim. I have no clue why. It was just working a little bit ago

So your phone is or is not connecting? If not, please reboot your phone and power cycle your XIM.

Okay the phone connected, and I got no mouse, keyboard, or controller showing up as detected in the xim itself.
