Hey I was told to go to the contact us at the main page, and here I am the person who spoke to me told me that someone that worked at contact us would tell me how to get the xim sent for a repair from here.

The usb just broke off when being removed from ocnsole, no dropping or harm was done. I am just waiting for how I can get a new one, and it hasn't been 1 year since purchase, so I think I can use my warranty.
