I just got a xim apex, i set up a config for apex legends following your guy's youtube video. everything works (keyboard and mouse buttons) except for aiming with the mouse. Moving the mouse does nothing to the reticle on the screen. I can aim on the controller but not with the mouse. Confirmed on pc that the mouse does work. can seem to figure out how to get this to work. Tried different mouse, didnt work either

Welcome to the community. Is this while playing the game or in the menu?

In the meantime may help to swap the mouse and keyboard cable positions at APEX, reconnect APEX the the console if needed.

yeah i tried switching which port its plugged into and it doesnt make a difference. like i said it is picking up inputs from the mouse(left and right click and side buttons) its just using it to aim. I move the mouse and nothing happens, am I suposed to have mapped it in the config at some point?
Doesnt work for either menus or in game btw

Thanks for clarifying and no, there is nothing that you should need to map for this to work. The next step is to test other cables with your controller.

tried a different cord and it still does the same thing.
also tried: downloading beta flash and manager/different controller. still not working for right stick inputs. (all buttons still work)

Could you please share your setup so we can learn more about the issue? Please include both the brand and model.

keyboard:
extras: extended usb cables, third party usb hub, usb switch, titan or cronus device?
