Response Curve Guide Apex Legends
« on: 01:46 PM - 05/16/19 »
Hey, guys, a lot of people have issues with their response curves in this game. With this short tutorial, I will show you how to make each response curve that comes with the game, with maxed Yaw, Pitch without a floating crosshair.  Everything in game maxed out with a default xim profile. 3400 DPI, 1000 HZ, and a Logitech G502 HERO.

These are educated guesses on the graphs.

Classic:

Dead Zone: 1
Outer Threshold: 0
ResponseCurve: 15

Linear:
Dead Zone: 5
Outer Threshold: 1
ResponseCurve: 1

High Velocity:

Dead Zone: 5
Outer Threshold: 20
ResponseCurve: 10

Fine Aim:
Dead Zone: 5
Outer Threshold: 0
ResponseCurve: 10

Steady:
Dead Zone: 1
Outer Threshold: 1
ResponseCurve: 15

Very Fast:
Dead Zone: 5
Outer Threshold: MAX
ResponseCurve: 15

Adjusted Aim:
Dead Zone: 2
Outer Threshold: 15
ResponseCurve: 15

Twitchy:
Dead Zone: 2
Outer Threshold: 26
ResponseCurve: 8

Hope this helps anyone.

me confused (my go-to state of being). So, all these advanced settings mimic the various curves you can select in-game, but with the added benefit of maxed yaw & pitch (which you would otherwise be without if you weren't using the advanced look controls)?

also, when you say "default xim profile," you mean the default apex legends ST ri?

if the ST was trained based on classic in order to make it feel linear, doesn't changing these setting to something custom make it non-linear. Also, when you're maxing out the sens. do you still get aim assist? (since 8 sens. gives no aim assist) Unless of course the max on the advanced setting is actually 7, and it only becomes 8 when you turn off aim assist above which could be the case.
