Thanks for clarifying. I should point out that this issue has come up in the past a few times where customers have solved this issue with either a controller or cable replacement even after testing multiple secondaries. If you've tried new cables that are capable of data transfer I would continue to look at the controller next. Unfortunately we are out of troubleshooting steps, I would recommend either testing another controller or having your XIM inspected for repair. To request a repair please use the link below.

Ok. yes i'll try with my controller's friend tomorrow.
If its not working i think i'll send it back to amazon it still under the withdrawal period.

Well, i just receive my new xim apex and it works with all my devices.
Previous xim was faulty.
