Try common sync and pick up an Alternator. See for yourself....

Pretty well known (or maybe not) that common sync is better if you want to play using a game's aim assist, so if you like that, then go for it.

With Apex Legends common instead of default sync and a lower sensitivity, combined with 7/7 (at most) in game will give you a lot of AA, with all the pros and cons that come with it.

common sync, 160 boost for both hip and ads.
7-7 in-game sensitivity. anything else is default.
best settings i played with.

10.50 hip, 8 ads.

ok i tried both disable settings and common sync, both are nice, however disable's settings are more sticky so i added 250 boost to it, and now it feels amazing, my shots land way better than common sync. i recommend trying it with boost, without boost it feels way sticky and i can't aim at people who strafe right and left.
