Mouse: Razor Deathradder Elite 1000Hz
Ps4 Controller
Navigation Controlller

Those three things are what are in my xim apex hub Iím not sure if itís the controller cause the controller I have it says P4 instead of most controllers that just have a Sony symbol

Thank you. Disconnects like this are due to a few different causes such as a faulty cable, an attached device, extended cables, and a high power draw.

Can you share a picture of your controller? APEX supports controllers from the console makers, if this is a third party controller this could be the cause.

Thank you. Yes, you will need an original controller made by Sony.

The purple light code indicates a timing issue which is usually caused by the controller cable or controller. APEX supports genuine controllers from the console makers, third party controllers usually don't work at all so this is where I would look next.
