Rival 600 or g502 hero?
« on: 01:11 PM - 04/06/19 »
Good evening,

I play PS nav, I have a Logitech g pro. the problem is that I do not have enough buttons ... I do not like to play the keyboard on ps4. before I had the g502 hero, it is good but heavy and there would be sensor problems but I do not know if this is true ... I therefore hesitate to take a hero's g502 or take the rival 600. opinions ? thank you

Can't speak for the g502 hero, but I own the Rival 600 and love it.

I haven't had any sensor problems and the tracking has been flawless. I am particularly fond of the placement of the 3 buttons on the left side of the mouse. It also comes with weights to adjust the feel of the mouse so whether you like the mouse heavy or light, it's easy to adjust.

The Rival 600 is also slightly bigger than most mice, which is nice if you have big hands.

I was under the impression that the Rival 600 was bigger than most mice, but upon looking at the pictures of the two mice side-by-side, they appear to be nearly identical in size. With the Rival 600 being noticeably lighter.

Hope this helps.

I have both of those mice, plus a few others. Out of those two Iíd go with the  600, it definitely has the better sensor. I also have the swiftpoint z which has a ton of buttons and is the most customizable than all the other nice I have. But I still prefer using my roccat leadr. You have to use it wired, because it wonít work wireless with the xim. And you canít really use all the buttons due to the mouse not having built in memory, but to me it tracks and just feels better than my other mice. If I could have what the swiftpoint does in the leadr, it would be perfect.

Have both. Prefer my 600 over the g502 by leaps and bounds, even though I enjoyed my g502 for some time, until I found the 600. I do like the weight of the final mouse products but the shape is slightly off, I often find myself pressing M2 in the heat of battle by accident vs other mice such as the 600, so for now, the 600 is my favorite. I've tried 14 different types of mice this year alone and that was the final result.
