hi guys i try to pair it with my iphone 7 and is not working i dont know what to do and yes i try erything

Welcome to the community. Are you pairing in Manager or the phone's bluetooth settings? Pairing on iOS will need to be performed in Manager. To pair, open Manager and during the 'connecting' screen press and release XIM4's button to pair. If this is not working please see below.

iOS pairing can be difficult due to all of the ways Bluetooth can be disabled. To start please verify the device isn't connected to other bluetooth devices. Next, what can help is to toggle bluetooth and airplane mode in two places. Please try this.

Disconnect XIM
Close Manager

Go to phone settings
Toggle bluetooth off and then on
Toggle airplane mode on and then off

Go to control center
Toggle bluetooth off and then on
Toggle airplane mode on and then off

This usually does the trick. Reconnect XIM and retry the pairing process in Manager. If this doesn't help then it may help to disconnect XIM and restart your phone before attempting to pair again.
