hi, I'm having problems in my pc as it slows down my pc massively when on for a while and my pc stops working while I'm playing on my PS4. Before anyone says my pc is fine I have a i7 8700k and GTX 108ti SLI. Any idea how to fix this?

Hello. There 1903 windows update came out. Xim Link still works, but application window acting weird. Movement of application window is lagging (when you hold the left mouse button to switch the window position on the screen), it just slowly flows into the random direction of the screen, you cannot control it or stop it.

I can also confirm, it still works tru the USB 3.0 port.

This is the same issues I mentioned before while on the preview version of 1903. After some time using 1.4.1 with it behaving the way you and I described mine would lock up and not allow the mouse or keyboard functions to work any longer.

I'm guessing he's either too busy for xim link or it's a dead project?

Since 1.4.1 came out not one follow up for resolution has been posted on the many errors listed/posted.

Have been just busy lately.

Started looking into the code today again. XIM4 support is now working. Just have to handle manager more carefully. Its a total pita to make the interaction work correctly with the manager.

As for the exceptions, I have no idea what causes the "All pipe instances are busy.". This indicates that there are multiple processes using the same pipe, but this should not be possible.

For the UI freezing it looks like its a problem with an insider build. Version 1903 is not officially out yet, and some people that are reporting problems with the UI have said they have that problem after the new update.

I do not have myself insider build on any of my PCs. And I don't want to opt in for those on PCs that I use every day. The last time I had insider build, I had to reinstall windows completely to get it updating itself again. I am building currently a new PC that is meant more for programming. On that I will install insider build.

For some of the world 1903 came out in April, then recalled and came out officially yesterday.  I hope we can expect a fix soon as that roll out will not stop as well as the program slow down issue and ceasing to function while in game happened after a roll back to former versions of Win 10.

Currently there does not seem to be a proper fix for the window drag slowdown on 1903, that would not change the looks of the program. This problem is related to the function that is used to add acrylic blur to the window background. And that function happens to be also "undocumented", so it will probably get fixed only as a side effect from something else, or if it causes problems on some internal code in windows itself.

So the blurring will be disabled completely for windows with a title bar on versions > 1903 of windows 10.

I will try to get the 1.4.2 out on the following week. The build is ready and will include this fix above and the support for XIM 4. However I had some troubles with the installer, that I have to look into first before releasing this.
