Hi,
I have a problem with Xim Apex, when I plug it in there is a power Fault error. I tested it without my controller and it did not show that error. I have an external power supply.My controller is fully charged. How is it possible that it is not working?

Playstation 4
Razer Blackwidow Chroma 2
Logitech G502
Dualshock 4 (CUH-ZCT1E)

I would try using another cable with the controller first. Otherwise it would help to check if a power fault occurs by attaching other devices directly to APEX (no hub) as well.

It works now when I changed the cable. Thanks a lot
