I also remap my mouse buttons to A and X (left and right mouse) makes if (for me at least) more intuitive.
Yep, that's how I use it, Left Mouse Button = Cross|A, Right Mouse Button = Square|X as a secondary mapping on the Inventory sub-config.
Advanced Tipps:
Delay (inventory config) should be at least 150 ms. If i am sprinting and i open the inventory (at 100 ms), the cursor goes to the top (instead of beeing in the middle). Its important So u can drop thinks quickly during sprinting.
U can also use the basics of the inventory config for looting. Just bind the reload Button to a secondary button on your keyboard (for example t). For the new looting config you can use this for activation. So u can reload without activate the sub config. After a few games it should be in the muscel memory (reload =R, looting = T)...
You're totally right, yeah definitely I will prefer having a sub-config for looting than a one for nades.
Bind mouse wheel up and down to your right stck for inventory cursor auxiliary. This allows you to scroll if you use in use inventory cursor auxiliary like Alan posted earlier. And for more PC like feel bind mouse click left and right to pick up and select items.
That's a good idea man, I going to use it on my sub-config.
Inventory Subconfig/Movement section set:
Wheel Down = Right Stick Down,
Wheel Up = Right Stick UP.
Thank you gentlemen for sharing

Od1n, I though on make generic guide but... this game is quite hot and some particular tweaks are necessary but still I hope this helps to tune other games dials menus.
All these options are deliver by
OBsIV wits, gave us a lot of options.
It will be nice having another page of Auxiliary, but now that I think you all get more familiar with the subject...
It will be GREAT to have a "Turn Assist Apply on Activation Key",

So we don't need to hold down the turn assist key AND the sub-config activation key, to select with the mouse.
Just hold down the activation key and move the mouse. Small change, but make a noticeable difference, save one button and it will make it less clunky.
