[RESOLVED] Need help with my headset on ps4

Hello, I bought Xim Apex after i connected everything i noticed that i lost audio and mic in headset. I have regular ps4 and Recon Chat White Headset - PS4. Please help me. Thank you.

Welcome to the community. APEX supports controller chat using slim/v2 controllers. This type has a lightbar built into the touchpad. Are you using a slim/v2 controller?

It can sometimes help to start APEX without audio equipment connected to the controller then attach all audio equipment after startup.

Yeah tried that, didnít help( it works for 2 min then silence ( now I have to open ps4 remote play on my Mac and listen thru pc(

Do you have other USB devices attached to your console? Also, do you have a PS Camera attached to the console? If so please remove these then disconnect and reconnect APEX to the console before trying again.

No just Apex, to have any sound I connect my 2 controller to pc , the only way to have any sound)

No no with Ps4.) In order to get any sound I had to connect my 2 controller to laptop with remote play and headphones to laptop but in this case I canít use my mic(

Oh, you had mentioned PC so I thought I should verify. Thanks. :)

Could you please share the model number of your controller? This is a sequence of letters and numbers and is located on the backside of the controller and is named Model Number.

Could you please reconnect APEX to the console with only the controller attached. Leave the mouse, keyboard, headset disconnected. After startup connect only the headset to the controller. The headset should be working now but I'm curious what comes up as available input and output options in your console's Quick Menu>Sounds and Devices location.
