Xim 4 issue?

Hi guys my brother have the xim 4 with mice logitech g403 BUT! Isn't fluid, when he aim he get a lot of lag... on black ops 4 and rainbow six siege.  He use 4k dpi.. help thank!

If playing on a TV try enabling game mode or pc mode. Disable other image and sound enhancements as these can introduce input lag.

He use monitor for gaming, I tried all but change nothing. Other things please? Thank you

Sorry, I don't have other suggestions aside from using a default config with the correct in-game settings listed on the game settings page. If your friend wants to stop by the support forum I can take a look at a tracelog to ensure their XIM is working properly. Hopefully people who play this game can offer config suggestions as well.

This mouse has a really great sensor. Unless it's defective I wouldn't expect the mouse to be an issue.

Could you describe the issue in detail?

Are there fast red flashing lights from XIM when the issue occurs?
Are his movements delayed or is he turning slower than he thinks he should be?

The xim work as well but the only problem is : when he aim in the game (black ops 3, 4, rainbow six siege) the aim isn't fluid.. it going to "shots"
