My Mouse suddenly stopped connecting

I have been using the zim apex since late August I have been using the same hardware the entire time but my mouse suddenly stopped working and it will not reconnect.
Im using the Logitech G600.
Please help

Welcome to the community. I recommend charging the controller directly with the console. XIM should be disconnected while charging. If this doesn't help try using the mouse in another port on the hub.

I tried all of these things before I made my post, but nothing seems to work

Is the keyboard working? If both the mouse and keyboard are not working in your game please try using other cables with the controller next. Note that XIM must be reconnected to the console when the controller has been disconnected.

I keyboard works, but the mouse stopped working in the middle of me playing.

Is this an LED keyboard? This has been reported as a power issue in the past. Check if the mouse is working on a PC. If the mouse is working on a PC try using the mouse in another port on XIM and charge the controller direct with the console.

If these suggestions don't resolve the issue and you would like to add additional power which has been known to help in cases like this APEX supports power adapters using the spec below and can be found on amazon or ebay. Do not attach a power adapter that does not use this spec to prevent damage to your peripherals.

5V 3A power adapter  ([3.5mm x 1.35mm], center-positive)
