Questions about XIM4 and joysticks on PS4
« on: 12:49 AM - 12/30/18 »
Ok, so I got a Thrustmaster T16000M FCS Hotas for Christmas.  I do both PC and PS4 gaming and I'm learning that the T16000m isn't supported on PS4.  This joystick also has a seperate USB throttle.  Is it possible to use both of these with the XIM4?

Not sure what I need to do.  New to joysticks on the PS4

Unfortunately XIM4 supports a limited amount of joysticks, these are found in the hardware compatibility list in this section of the forum.

APEX's support is better, it supports most joysticks that do not require drivers or software. However I can't say if a two piece joystick setup like this would function with APEX. Other joystick support improvements that APEX has over XIM4 the ability to reassign controller analog stick axes to different joystick axes, reassign triggers, and adjust trigger deadzone.
