my mouse have those times when it stops responding for a couple a second then connect again.
Sometime it doesnt for a while.

My controller is fully charged
i use joycon and a naga green with numpad.

I don't see why that happens, i read on forum other people having this issue and it shouldnt happen in the first place.
I had "another device" which i never had a problem with.
you should update the firmware with more voltage if possible.

Anyway it is extremely frustrating
I dont think i have a power issue in the house.
The apex has a slow heartbeat with constant color and sometime do blink when i go fast with the mouse

Welcome to the community, sorry to hear you are having issues. Concerning voltage, it's straight passed through from the console. When this happens do you see any different light sequences occur on your XIM APEX (like blinking yellow ligts)? Also do your other peripherals still work?
Get the most out of your XIM APEX, read the XIM APEX Support FAQ.

all is fine, no disconnection from the joycon.
i already went thru most of the troubleshoot from your other answer, but with no luck.

Weirdly enough i  put my mouse and xim back to 1000Hz and disabled advanced setting and it when well for an hour or so.
Now it is restarting a little

Usually when only one device is disconnecting this indicates an issue with that device. It would be helpful if you could test using another mouse.
