Welcome to the community. There are a few causes for this. Could you please share your setup so we can learn more about the issue?

mouse:
keyboard:
extras: third party hub, switch, extended cables, titan, cronus?

Yes I use a logitech g910 keyboard and a g502 mouse. Standard controller and the xim provided hub. Nothing else my headset is a hyperX but thatís not the problem.

This is a high power setup, the issue is likely related to this. Do you have a low power keyboard you could test in place of the G910?

Turning lights off doesn't always help. How often does the issue occur? If it doesn't take long I would play for a while without a keyboard attached.

It happens pretty often, would getting a different keyboard help?

I wouldn't suggest purchasing another keyboard unless we can confirm it's the keyboard specifically. If it happens while idle you could leave your setup idle with the keyboard disconnected. If it doesn't occur with the keyboard disconnected then adding a power adapter to APEX may help.

We don't yet know if power is an issue but if you would like to purchase one to test against a power issue then APEX supports power adapters using the spec below and can be found on amazon or ebay.

5V 3A power adapter  ([3.5mm x 1.35mm], center-positive)

Would this one be good https://tinyurl.com/PowerSupplyXimA)

Also what do you connect it to
I believe it is a power issue because when the controller isnít charged even a bit it starts blinking red and yellow, in any case the power adapter just 10 dollars or around that price range.

I can't tell. Look for a power adapter that matches the spec above. Input the spec into a search at amazon or ebay for results. The power adapter connects to the back of APEX's hub.

This one seems to have all the specs you listed and I see where I need to connect it to
