[RESOLVED] Failure writing XIM APEX [6]

Hello,
I just installed the XIM APEX and updated to the latest firmware. Everything went smooth and the update was successful. However, when I then opened the XIM APEX Manager on the PC (with the XIM APEX plugged in), I can't connect the APEX, and I get an error saying "Failure writing XIM APEX [6]". I have tried several different times, and I have unpluged the XIM APEX and restarted the computer... How do I solve this?

Welcome to the community. You must first enter wired config mode to use Manager on PC.

To use wired config mode attach XIM without holding a button. When the startup lights begin to flash immediately press and release the XIM button, the light sequence will be interrupted and you should then be able to open and use Manager in wired mode.
