[ACTIVE] USB port power issues
« on: 02:36 PM - 07/11/18 »
I have a Logitec gaming keyboard and mouse, my keyboard has 2 usb connectors, it is saying that my usb port doesn't have enough power to run my mouse and keyboard and PS4 controller, what do I need to do?

if you are playing on a console please start by charging the controller for a few hours by connecting it directly to the console
Also try to see if you can deactivate the backlight of your keyboard (if it has this feature), this usually results in a high power draw

another option is to use an external power supply that you either connect to your xim hub, or you get a usb 2.0 hub that already has an external power supply
