Annoying Game Mode Keys

Yo I've been trying to figure out how i can get rid of the game mode keys when I'm just going through my home page on xbox.. like when i click windows button and my home page is up, i want my keyboard to act like a normal keyboard when I'm not gaming so i can inv and send messages fast.. I'm running the g502 mouse and g pro keyboard, TIA.  ;D

Get a USB switch. Plug the kb into the switch, plug the switch into the Xim and the XB1. Toggle between the Xim and the console to swap between gaming and kb modes.
