My bluetooth for xim will not connect to my phone help

Welcome to  the community. Pairing is performed in the app and not in bluetooth settings. Can you share which phone are you using? If using an iOS device, since the iOS 11 update users have had success by toggling bluetooth and airplane mode off and on again in both control center and phone settings. I recommend closing Manager and unplugging APEX before you attempt this again.

It should flash cyan and green after pressing the button but then return to the active config color after. Skip to five minutes in this video for a demonstration.

i have done exactly what video says just wont turn blue

Could you try disconnecting APEX then connect only APEX to the console. Don't have the hub or anything else attached. Do you now see the cyan-green lights flash when pressing the button?

Start XIM with nothing attached to it. We can then check on your bluetooth radio. XIM startup lights should look like this:

red, green, blue
red
cyan, green (bluetooth initialization)
red
green, green, green, green

Do you see that cyan-green at startup? You should see the same cyan-green when pressing XIM's button. Please let us know if this is visible.

Hello!
I've been trying to help my friend trejo here with this problem all day today and it seems very odd. He just sent me a video of the APEX being plugged in by itself and the description of the color sequence was as it should be until the green for bluetooth activation (green)  it skipped that color. Hope this info helps

No, the cable from your controller will not affect your XIM's bluetooth radio.

Please try factory resetting then start XIM without anything attached to it again. You will need to see the cyan and green light flash during startup and when pressing the button on XIM in order to use Manager wirelessly.

If this doesn't work try this next test, connect the hub directly to the console then connect APEX to the hub. APEX's port should be empty. Does this allow for the cyan-green light to show?

Everything is working like you said its just my button when i push it does nuthin at all

That's really strange, where did you purchase this from? I'm sorry but with your bluetooth radio not responding after troubleshooting it will need to be looked at for repair. If you purchased from xim.tech/shop in the last year please open an RMA using your store account:
