Logitech G602 won't connect

I can't seem to get my Logitech G602 to connect to my Apex.   I was working fine a few weeks ago, but now nothing.  How do I troubleshoot this?

Are you seeing any issue with your keyboard? If not, please swap your mouse and keyboard ports on your hub and let us know if it changes anything.

keyboard works fine in either port.  I did notice my mouse is throwing a malfunction error on the laptop ever once in a while.  Perhaps its the mouses dongle that's causing errors.

Wonder easiest way to replace it.
