Hey... I bought a second hand Xim4, and i cant get it to work. I have tryed everything. This is the problem im Playing on a PS4 slim and i mainly play Overwatch. When i try to go to the xim4 manager on my IOS device and make a new configuration to Overwatch it says additional settup required. I have tryed everything upating the firmware and followed all you’re guides, and i really cant see what i am doing wrong. Please help me!

Welcome to the community. The additional setup is referring to in-game settings being needed for this game for optimal performance. These can be found here:

http://xim.tech/settings

I recommend updating to the latest firmware to ensure the latest controller support. Note the communication method requirement as well in the instructions.
