Hello,

i am using this Keyboard (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B074W6KTZ1/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) in Combination with my PS4 Pro und the XIM APEX. Unfortunately my Apex does not connect with it.
Is there a possibility to make the keyboard work with the APEX device?

Im running the latest Firmware on my devices.

(My mouse is correct detectet. Here im using the Logitech G502.)
(Also sorry for my bad english, it is not my first language)

Welcome to the community. There is always a chance this is power related but I don't suspect it. If you would like to test against power APEX supports power adapters using the spec below and can be found on amazon or ebay.

5V 3A power adapter  ([3.5mm x 1.35mm], center-positive)

Would you be interested in helping add support for this device? If so please send in a device log so that it could be looked at for support in the future. Here are instructions on how to capture the log.
