Device communication integrity failure..

Hey support, another Oneplus2 user here...

Ive updated both manager and firmware to the beta versions,
My phone manages to do the initial connection via bluetooth, then just after it tries to download first game config Im prompted to reconnect which leads to this message: Device communication integrity failure...

Please advice...

Please try restarting your console, unplug APEX, then restart your phone before trying again.

Restarted everything, didnt work, first it connects then tries to download first config it gets timed out... then i try to reconnect and i get the Device communication integrity failure message.

I've seen this error pop up with phones that are not compatible and when there are mismatching firmware and Manager versions. I can only recommend that you verify that the beta version of the firmware and Manager are installed by doing this again or trying another phone.

OnePlus 2 is on our list of not working phones: http://xim.tech/hardware

It's Bluetooth LE implementation is older and can't handle the packet transmission sizes required.

well... just purchased the Oneplus 6, hopefully this works... if not ill return the apex and go back to my xim4, Ill keep you guys posted

OnePlus 6 works because I just bought one too -- absolutely fantastic phone. :)

I think the only difference between the latest beta and the latest standard firmware is connectivity issues

I don't have any problems like that soon point in me going to the latest beta

You could try the standard or just keep the beta completely up to You

You'll want to stay on the latest. But, I have a new build coming that fixes a font issue that is happening on the OnePlus 6. OnePlus 6 let's you switch out the system font and that caused the wrong font to be picked in the UI in places. That new Beta will be out tomorrow. Please use that Beta to help verify everything is working well for you on your new phone.

The OnePlus 6 is a fantastic phone and I'm really happy with the purchase (I'm upgrading from a Nexus 6P). The launcher is something I wish was better, but, to my surprise, the new launcher from Microsoft (Arrow) is actually really great.
