There are full match gameplay videos up. Watching Driftor's you can tell it still has BO's insane aim assist and poor gameplay/graphics engine syncing.

Well , the aim assist is actually a good thing, otherwise strafing with SMGs would be way too op like on PC. I did play BO3 on PC when it came out. Everyone was either sniping, or using SMGs with stock on them, and strafing left and right during every gunfight. If you're sitting stationary without aim assist and using something like AR or LMG , it is really really hard to follow that person, as the movement is call of duty is very weird.

Last thing I want is getting killed by SMG at long range that I cant hit at all because the guy is behind a headglitch and moving at the speed of light left and right. Hopefully the aim assist tracks that motion perfectly.

The only time I can go without aim assist and take on these people is with a 1 hit kill sniper, anything else, no.

As a matter of fact a few days ago i went 40 something and a few deaths in a team deathmatch . Some of the kills I got were so bs , that I honestly felt bad for the other person.

Speaking of which, a few weeks ago I had a youtuber join my free for all lobby , he is called 402thunder402 . In short he hates snipers and is always getting quickscoped. Well, he joined my game, and I just happened to be using a sniper. He was one kill off his mothership and i quickscoped him ,realized it's him and quickscoped him 3 more times and 1 hard scope by the end of the match. Pretty funny lol , wonder if he will put that in one of his videos.

Probably won't pre order this one, don't really care about the setting but with no campaign and the new healing system is a bit of of a minus for me, and at least is doesn't have advanced movement which could still make me buy it after release.

Cod campaigns suck , the last campaign I enjoyed was either MW2 of MW3 i  dont remember.

It is always you following some lame @#$% retard all game, and if you do even the smallest thing that youre not supposed to do , mission gets restarted. Personally I like solo campaigns and open world games.

I like the new healing system. Adds a dynamic element to something previous static. Something cod needs in a lot of areas

That doesn't make much sense. Especially when you concider that IW was much faster than BO3, had the least amount of aim assist in COD as far as I can remember, and had no issue with SMGs being OP. IW had good balance all around.

Here is where it matter thought, say your playing someone almost as good or as good as you. Both of you have fast fire rate SMGs . The moment that guy strafes left or right , without aim assist, by the time you reaction to it , he will put an extra 5 bullets into you and he wins the gunfight.

It is simply not fear, this is why I play on console with aim assist. I am 100% against movement , any kind of movement giving 1 skilled player an advantage over another skilled player. It should only be about positioning and who can move their mouse / analog stick better.

The only type of movement in call of duty I was ever ok with in general is dropshotting and regular jump shotting, anything more than that aim assist is needed . Like those things are supposed to be in the game to help you get from 1 point to another, not to give you a massive advantage in a gun fight like they do on PC.

Against noobs, sure , I mean if you have trouble shooting a stationary target, nothing can be helped.

Maybe the xim itself could offer that too. Idk too much about scripts but what about a script being triggered any time you hold the ADS button and fire buttons, it automatically moves down and right / left , countering the recoil completely , making any gun a laser lol.

XiM will never offer macro/script support.

But he has to actually aim at you. So if he strafes back and forth without aiming he's missing most shots. While if you stand and aim in the middle of his strafe you're making the same amount of shots.

If anything your example of BO3 is the perfect counter argument to your point. Because there the rotation assist is so strong you can just sway back and forth and it will do all the aiming for you which makes SMGs so powerful. While in IW that's not an issue.

Agreed.
AA is an important element of gaming with an analogue stick. BO3 catered for less skilled players more than any CoD before it, so it was bound to increase sticky aim (a bit too much IMO).
Every decent player strafes in FPSs, it's fair. Stalker/Stock has been around for a long time. I'd have thought you'd be used to it by now, LolPop?

Theres a 1h MP gameplay vid from Tmartn. Before I finished watching half of it, I already got bored and switched to another video on YT.

Everyones a bullet sponge and absorbs like a full magazine, ppl shooting straight at the target but bullets just dont register, because of the engine sync issues, like in the previous Black Ops titles. Thus requiring more bullets to kill someone than it actually takes bullets to kill someone.

Its the same BS as in bo2/bo3 in terms of game engine model sync issues and hitreg issues.

Game looks like a clusterfook with these small maps and ppl throwing around 5 different equippments everywhere on the map. Its like the devs literally said- lets throw everything at the wall we can imagine and see what sticks. This game is the most soulless COD ever created. It has no identity. Its a frankenstein version of cod.

TTK looks like everyone has the Juggernaut perk on or even juggernaut + a ballistic vest from MW3 on top of it. Especially with the initial shield protection of additional 50 HP.

Apparently BR mode has specialists in it and flying vehicles... Eehm really? BR with specialists? I dont know, not very excited by what they showed us so far.

I think Id appreciate Ghosts 2 over this. Or MW4 for that matter. BO4- they took gaming mechanics from Overwatch, Rainbow Six, Pubg/Fortnite and threw everything at the wall hoping its gonna stick.

This game is like a dream for me, it features quite literally everything I wished for:

1) Really slow TTK...with hit detection and netcode being so much improved in recent years, I was wondering how they could ever bring us back to BO2 levels of TTK. This new health system does it. Genius.

2) BOTG but with infinite sprint and sliding. I've never understood why BOTG was equated with being slow. I never expected infinite sliding either - this was a pleasant surprise.

3) Not too futuristic. I would have preferred it to be around the BO2 era but as long as it's not beyond BO3 then I'm good.

4) More tactical gameplay, shields, barbed wire etc - I'm a huge Siege fan so this is a welcome surprise. The new Control mode looks incredible with only 25 lives. I always wanted them to add more Siege elements to other games but I was never quite sure how they could do it with COD. But this new health mechanic allows it, which is why it still continues to impress me. LOVE THE NEW HEALTH MECHANIC!

5) A new gear slot that apparently discourages use of grenades. No more grenade spam!

6) Two attachment levels?? Boost Stock or Quickdraw to obscene levels? Oh. My. God. I remember being shocked at how many attachments you could stack in BO3. Treyarch knows how to push boundaries, they're certainly not afraid.

I've been playing nothing but Siege for the last 3 years. Clocked just under 2,000 hours. This will be the game that gets me off Siege, if only for a few months!

Yes BUT as long as I move too , even without stock the aim assist still follows the person perfectly. I dont exactly sit stationary most of the time but it is that I like heavier weapon with no recoil. Not only is everyone and their mother using SMGs but personally I dont feel confident with a weapon that can lose at long range. Recently ive been using the piece keeper with high caliber and this thing just obliderates everything else in the game even the burst fire weapons.

Why ? Because when you get shot by lets say the M8A1 and you are also shooting at that person, the flich does not allow them to get a 1 burst kill, for you however, thx to 0 recoil and high caliber, the flich from that burst fire weapon simply moves your dot to that person's head and it is game over lol. So many tryhards get butthurt when I use this setup.

The piece keeper is basically the ICR with rapid fire on it built in. Both the ICR and Peacekeaper become god tear with high caliber thanks to the absense of recoil.
