MJfame i watch all the videos i read this topic 1000 times but i cant unterstand how you decrease mouse sensitivity via the balistic editor ...
the arrow when you set balistic curved ,is only turn at left values not right....

Have you tried to clear the curve or is sens still to fast? If so try 500hz instead

The last point on the right = 100 in the curve has to be lowered to for example 95. That way you reduce the mouse sensitivity .

How i lowered it to 95? by adjustment the right vertical line? .....dident lower to 500hz, i just lowered my mouse sensitivity to 500dpi via synapse ..is it wrong ? it feels legit to me...

Go to the very right in the ballistic curve graph until it says 100. Then use the slider to reduce that value to something below 100 .

Go back up to 800DPI, much lower doesn't work well with XIM in my experience. Then to reduce sensitivity, as others have said, move the bottom (horizontal) slider all the way to the right, then use the vertical slider to reduce the steepness of the curve and reduce the sensitivity.



Note that the standard boost curve decreases the aim assist by quite a lot, so high smoothing works fine with it. I, like you, found 500 and linear too fast, so I had to use a reduction curve and reduce the top end to 82%. This made the aim assist way too strong and I had to lower the smoothing to 8 to get it to feel good.

thanks for the great settings you gave me ..I was apply them on apex legends ST and i can tell you is really op..
but on cod MW its another story for me this config(MJfames) dosent work well ......

I can't wait to try this. Has anyone tried this for BF5?  What baseline game settings and XIM settings do you start with?

Always use the recommended XIM ingame settings no matter what config settings you use .

Much better but struggling to get the sensitivity down a bit.  If I change any of the sensitivity settings either in game or in the xim, it seems to slow me down again. Like I was saying before. And to be honest, it seems to work better without using AA.  I'm assuming you set the ballistics curve for ADS and HIP

HIP and ADS are extremely fast. No way to adjust the sensitivity to have a smooth aim, I mainly play with a slow aim.

I increased the curve, but no improvement.

Can you explain to me how to properly adjust?

I bought the apex xim just for this setup.

Just like he said, skip to value 100 (top of the curve) and drag it downward on the right slider to reduce the value. The slope of the curve should be less steep after adjusting it.
