[ACTIVE] Solid white light

I am having issue with initial installation of the XIM APEX. I have updated the latest firmware and troubleshooted by using 3 different USB cable. Is it a hardware compatibility issue?

Welcome to the community. Please connect APEX to the console with nothing else attached before startup. If you continue to see a white light then your configs are corrupt and factory reset is required to fix this. If you do not see white lights when nothing is attached to APEX at startup then a peripheral is causing a freeze. Here is a link to the latest firmware to factory reset with if needed.

You can find the latest firmware below. Please read the instructions on the download page.

Is it working now? It's red while nothing is attached at startup or is it fixed after performing a factory reset?

Sorry for the lack of detail. I got the XIM APEX to give me the green flashing lights, it then went to red. Booted up the app, and then selected my config. It flashed white and then turned yellow. Once it finished it went to solid red. I tested in game but the keyboard and mouse are not working. The controller works but the other peripherals do not. It is recognizing my controller and mouse and the top of the XIM manager, but not recognizing my keyboard. Could this be the issue? I have factory reset, updated firmware, hard reset console, and restarted phone.

Hardware:
Logitech G502 mouse
Tecknet Keyboard

It's possible. Please start APEX with only the controller in port 3 and the mouse in port 1. Look for the 4x green lights at the end of startup, if you have these then your mouse should be working, let us know if the mouse works in this configuration.

Thanks for confirming. Unfortunately it looks like this keyboard may not be compatible or there is a power issue. Is it an LED keyboard? If so this may help:

1) Connecting the controller direct with the console to charge for 1-2 hours
2) Charge other battery powered peripherals direct with the console as well
3) Disable LEDs on your peripherals
4) Add additional power to your setup. APEX supports power adapters using this spec and these can be found on Amazon or Ebay: 5V 3A power adapter  ([3.5mm x 1.35mm], center-positive)
5) Use low power peripherals
