Using a small paperclip or push-pin, press down on the button inside the pinhole.
Plug your keyboard back into the computer, while holding down the pinhole button.
Once it is plugged back in, your computer should recognize a drive called CRP_Disabled. Please open this.
Download the firmware file from link. Extract this file to an easily found location on the computer.
Delete the file FIRMWARE.BIN from the CRP_DISABLED drive, and then place the file with ISP in it’s name to the CRP_Disabled drive.

It doesnt work for me either.

Tried using the metod with pin and hard replace of the firmware, doesnt work. Its like the keyboard is downgraded to 1.02 and the dongle still is on 3.07.

What did i do wrong? Any suggestions?

all in order: 1. deleted the latest version of icue. 2. copied firmware 1.02 onto the keyboard using a pin. 3. installed cue 2.24.50 and launched the program as an administrator 4. disconnected the internet. 5. I flashed the keyboard file 1.02 through the cue. 6. deleted the dongle from the device manager on the computer. 7. installed the latest version of icue 8. connected the keyboard to the dongle using icue. It is possible that some of these actions were superfluous, but it worked for me.

I wonder if OBsIV could help by having one of you on the 3.07 firmware run the USB diagnostic that they use to troubleshoot USB issues.  Ideally users wouldn't have to try to downgrade the firmware on their keyboard.  Also, users who are buying the keyboard now are going to have the current firmware.
