Hi, so I just got my Xim Apex today and it was just recently added that One plus 2 devices don't work with it. I didn't know that before ordering but now I have a problem. I would like to return it. Please get back to me my email is [email protected] thank you

Really sorry to hear that. We found out that OnePlus 2's BT module isn't up to standard specs concerning Bluetooth LE which was surprising to us.

Are you sure you don't want to keep your XIM APEX and use wired configuration? You can still make adjustments on the fly even with wired. Or even borrow a phone (you don't use Manager all the time to use XIM APEX, it's only for configuration).

Otherwise, please open an RMA and request a return and let them know you've talked to me and said you should get a full refund since your phone won't work with XIM APEX.
