[ACTIVE] Communication size failure? (Apex manager)  (Read 316 times)

Hi,

Just purchased the Apex today,
Firmware is up to date but when i try to connect to the Manager app on my PC it says 'Communcation size failure'?

Am i doing something wrong? I Intend to use it for an Xbox one.

Hi,

Yes the flash tool is telling me my Apex is running the same firmware available through the app.
It is when i try to connect to the manager app afterwards i am told 'Communcation size failure' and cannot proceed.

If so, can you try a different USB port on your PC?

Hi,

Yes i have tried all 4 USB ports but i still can't access the Apex manager.
Is there a helpline i can call? I'm very much struggling to get this working.

We support through this forum. Do you have any special anti-virus tools installed? Also, it would help isolate the problem if you could try another PC just for testing.
