When I play on 100hz precise movements cause a lot of jitter but when I lower my hz  I get bo jitter but it doesn't feel as real is there any way for me to play on 100 hz and have no jitter?.

You are going to have to add in some more information here.  What game are you playing? What mouse are you using? What are your settings? DPI, PR, Smoothing, etc, etc?

Yes, knowing the game you're playing may help. If your game is on the game settings page there are required in-game settings. Here's a direct link:

Raising APEX's response rate causes APEX to update more frequently with the console which can improve responsiveness with your game. Smoothing is intended to correct a jitter issue introduced by using a faster response rate. If you're using 1000hz and notice small movements are jittery compared to 125hz then adding smoothing can help smooth these jitters out. How much smoothing will depend on your game, your mouse, and personal preference. Add it in increments of one to determine if it helps and what you prefer.

I recommend updating to the latest beta firmware, it has improvements to smoothing.
