« on: 10:27 AM - 11/20/19 »
Dear,

Good afternoon, how are you ?

I have a doubt what can be happening with my xim apex, sometimes when I pull the crosshairs and take it back and forth very fast, this is very flamboyant, really do not know it can be, already occurred with another mouse.

follow video to better understand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UzENuPnRUcM

Mouse: G502
Console: Xbox One
game: R6

need help,

This looks exactly like the double click failure on the logitech mouse switches. I have moved to Razer Viper Ultimate with the optical switches because all my of logitech mice have developed this issue with the switch.

Must agree, it looks like either a mouse malfunction on right mouse button or you accidentally double clicked.

What button do you use for Right Stick Down?  Is it by any chance one of the mouse side buttons?

keep the aim button pressed and he releases and pulls himself without taking his finger off the button
- Right Stick Down, use the right mouse button (same default)

this problem occurred with the logitech g502 and the logitech g903 mouse

did not know that Logitech had this double click glitch, the mice have 1 year of use.

Yes I can confirm this is a pretty common hardware defect amongst logitech mice.
I've had it happen 2 times with my G500 back in the day.
You should contact logitech support and explain the issue. If you only have been using the mouse for 1 year they will most likely admit this is a hardware defect and send you a new mouse free of charge.  :)
Logitech support is pretty amazing from my experience.

Yeap is a Logitech flaw on these models: G502, G903, G302.

In case Logitech can't give you a replacement, you can take it to a electronic shop and ask to change the micro-switch, although on the G903 and G302 is not enough is more like a hinge defect.
