When I ordered the Apex, I had already made sure I had billing and shipping address entered. They were different addresses. For some reason, the billing address was changed to the same as the shipping address. It doesn’t help that the shipping address was a P.O. Box which apparently Xim won’t ship to. I imagine you probably have 15% of orders with shipping address changes due to the lack of any warning about no P.O. Box shipping. Just figured it might help a bit if you disclosed that P.O. boxes won’t be shipped to before people placed there orders.

Any idea how long we’ll be waiting for shipping if an address change was required?
