Oh ok, It said it was Weather pending so I thought there was still a possible it would arrive today

"Weather pending" is used for saying that something will happen if bad weather does not prevent it. I'm sure you read whether. 😊

The way I read it trays won't be at the place to pack and ship Apex for a while.
