Fyi with no information, cheap to you cheap for me can be two different things.  What you are looking for in a monitor can also very wildly.

If you really want a gaming monitor heavily price oriented, then maybe the Benq suggested above is your choice.
However, if you change your mind and want to invest in monitor, you will want to have a freesync tech, 4k and usb-C will guarantee you are future proof and can enjoy the benefits of 4k gaming.
Also try to test your monitor before purchase. What I'm doing is to have a USB flash drive with (if I go for full HD monitor) pictures with size 1920x1080 in RED, GREEN, BLUE, BLACK and WHITE.
Ask in the store to connect the monitor to a pc and play every picture and take a detailed look on the whole screen on each of the pictures. This will guarantee you don't have a dead pixels.
