Apex customer support?

Hey there, was just wondering on how well the customer support is with the Xim? If I were to receive a broken product is it easy to return and get a new one or will I have to worry about buying a full on warranty on a side price? Thanks! Glad to be on the notify list!

If you buy from our store and you are having issues with your XIM, we first troubleshoot here on the forum since most of the time the issue can be resolved that way (since all XIM's are fully tested before sold). But, in cases where it is determined that a repair is needed, you open an RMA from the store and you'll send it back to us to take care of it.
