I just watched your quick Start video guide And in it you made reference to high quality usb cables.

Do you have any recommendations as to which cable to use when connecting my xbox one controller to my xim.

I just picked one Out of the cupboard and it seems to work but would like to know thatnl im using the best-quality cable for my new upcoming apex.

hey,

the following two are known to meet the quality standards, its what mist or me recommend customers to get in case their original console cables are faulty

though before you spend additional money id maybe wait to see if your current one doesnt do the trick

Does anyone know if the charging cable provided with the Microsoft Xbox one charging pack is USB 2.0?

All keyboards, mice, controllers etc are USB 2.0 devices. It stands to reason that it's a USB 2.0 cable.

The only devices that use and need USB 3.0 are external HDDs and video capture cards.
