[RESOLVED] XIM4 Stops working mid game
« on: 10:52 AM - 01/13/18 »
I just bought this XIM4 today and it is an excellent piece of kit when it is working. However, I have come across an issue usually mid game in Overwatch my controls become unresponsive and my character just walks in circles. The XIM4 usually works for about 5mins before doing this. The only way I have found to fix this for a little while is to unplug the XIM from the PS4 Pro and plug it back in.

I am using the cable that came with the XIM4 and the cable that came with the PS4 Pro when I bought it. MY controller is fully charged as I rarely play wirelessly. I am using a Razer Blackwidow Croma V2 and have tried 2 mice one had LEDs on it that cannot be turned off the other was a generic office mouse with to lights at all.

Welcome to the community. This can be caused by using an older firmware with a new controller. Updating using a PC or Mac can fix this. You can find the latest firmware below. Please read the instructions on the download page.
