xim4 red, blue, yellow, green light cycle problems ...

I repeat the original factory settings or can not rule out the problem?

Thank you for the video. Unfortunately your XIM4 is experiencing hardware failure and it will need to be repaired. If you purchased XIM4 in the last year I recommend contacting the company you ordered from to inquire about their warranty. Otherwise, please open a ticket in our store and mention:

1) Your XIM4 unit has failed
2) You see repeating blue, purple, and orange lights
3) You were referred RMA by support
