Well if you like snipin some heads then you may like it. It reminds me lil bit of far cry because of all the jungle missions.
Basically it's about killing all your targets as silent as possible.
It definetely worth renting it.

And yes it has a multiplayer with some cool maps and different types of sniper weapons.
Personally I think it's the best sniping game out there.
