For some reason when i switch back to the game my sensitivity like sky rockets. Then it'll eventually fix it self.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Not as of yet. I'm using a Mionix Castor, it has separate dpi settings i can just tap through (3 total).
It usually happens when i switch back to my desktop then back to the game. But it fixes itself after a few minutes. Which is confusing.

Could be just my mouse or might need a clean install.

hey,

you do not have any sub config or primary config on an activation key that is your commander switch key right?
a good test would be to try a different mouse, maybe you have a regular desktop/laptop mouse that you can test with your pc while your current mouse is not connected to it

Sorry for such a late reply.

My mouse seem to be the problem. Is there anyway to fix this beside getting a new/compatible mouse ?

I get this is I go from a chrome window with twitch or youtube in it strait back to game, no idea why but if i go to another window or SandhawC then back into game it is fine.

sadly not really, the xim cannot compensate something as random as that
if the drop in sensitivity is always the same then you could create a second game config with an increased mouse sensitivity that compensates for the drop, switch into that config once this occurs

overall id recommend a new mouse though
logitech mice often go for insane discounts, a g403, g502, g303 and the likes can often be found for 30 or less in online stores :)

sandhawc is affected by heavy visual stuff happening in your front window
that means if you run a twitch stream, youtube video or something similar and this is also the active window then your mouse movements can be affected by that
close that window, run it in a smaller size (no fullscreen) or run it as an inactive window
